Grief and sadnes

It's been three days since my brother in law passed away... the funeral is this Saturday

Two months ago i dedicated a post to my sister in law Liz
Both Liz and now Andrew are my husbands older siblings

Wanted to dedicate this blog to Andrew and write ho bad the new year 2014 has began for us, but one look at my husband today morning has changed my mind.

I took my phone wanting to  call a friend of his to come and hang out so he wouldnt be so sad (i know it wount remove the sadness but it would make it less heavy) then it hit me...i have'nt seen any of them, for a man who has over 800 face book friends not even having 3 guys/friends visit to mourn with him (in Africa/kenya people come every evening to make tea and sit in silence with you, sharing your grief)

It breaks my heart, so today i dedicte this blog to anyone who has lost a loved one or two in such a short span of time and feels alone
We mourn with you, we grieve with you

Andrew (Etenk) Amoyo
May you find strength and Grace to face every day, to help you do what you need to

Do this to get results from your resolutions

http://generic.pixmac.com/4/sun-artist-with-rainbow-sun-clipart-82862787.jpg
So the year is ending and a new one beginning and there is pressure to make a resolution and pressure to not make a resolution, whatever direction you choose to take remeber failling to plan is planning to fail.

HOW TO DO IT BETTER.
1. Make a very specific plan e.g by July I want to have Kes500,000 in my saving account. not I want to be a millionaire this year
2. Categorize your plan into sections or order that is important to you, that way you make plans in order of importance and not have a 100 things to do list. e.g work, family, life and spiritual in the order that matters to you.
3. Do not copy someone's  plan, make it your own words and order
4. Get an accountability partner to keep you accountable. this has to be someone who will not be jealous of your achievements and someone who will not gain or loose if you meet or fail to meet your goals.

 Away

I know I know, I disappear for a while and then come back and write a post promising to keep up, well I have been away and i am kinda back but making no promises.
World stuff have been hapenning that are kinda good and some mostly bad, last week wednesday the 9th Oct my sister in love passed away, she had been sick for a while

I call her my sister in love because she was sooo coool, not trying to be extra good to the departed but for real she was.
Sister in laws might not be a big deal to you but down here in Africa Kenya it is, they will hate you and spite you and give you hell, then in turn you do the same to your brothers girls( that is if you have a brother) especially if she is hotter than you.

Any hu I wanted to get it off  my chest and thought maybe no one would believe me....Liz Amoyo i miss you already, I wish I took more time to know you and intentionally involved myself with your life..hopping you are at a better place, loved you gal

Cheers
